This award series recognizes those who, through their commitment to women’s health, their investment in tech, and practice have demonstrably contributed to improving women’s health in their chosen area of expertise.

The awards honor entrepreneurs, innovators, and professionals whose work demonstrates a combination of exceptional quality standards, talent, and vision towards creating a stronger ecosystem to support women’s health using technologies.

This year, we have announced new categories – to honor our commitment to support and recognize the entire ecosystem around women’s health.

Award Categories

This exclusive award is open to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to healthcare innovation and a lifelong commitment to promoting equality and inclusion for women in the healthcare field in India.

This award recognizes entrepreneurs, innovators, and professionals who stand out for their exceptional quality, talent, and visionary work in building a stronger ecosystem for women’s health using advanced technology and innovations.

Who Can Apply

Innovation Awards: Open to individuals and organizations in India.
Self-nomination or nominating for others is acceptable
They must have demonstrated their innovation model/service in India and be operational /functional for at least one year.

Community Impact Awards

Who Can Apply for Community Impact Awards

Improving the last mile delivery Award – For Healthcare providers
- A unique or pathbreaking in-house program, activity, or initiative launched for the direct benefit of end-users, girls, and women patients, improving chances of their access.
- A special recognition for work done by a company, healthcare provider, or social sector organisation.
- Open to any public, private, or social development organisations that created an external community program for the underprivileged in 2024.

Breaking Stigma – Talking Aloud Award – For an organisation that has shown commitment to making women’s health mainstream at the place of study or workplace
- If you have brought unique healthcare challenges of girls and women to the forefront, placed difficult or taboo topics on the table in the board rooms, and classrooms, broken barriers and silence around girls’ and women’s health, and made a sustainable impact by, involving ALL stakeholders; not just girls and women; in the conversation in a powerful manner.
- It is a special recognition for an in-house campaign, initiative, or project.
- Open to educational institutions, private and public companies, and civic bodies for their project launched in the year 2024.

Active Listening – What Women Want Award – For a product, service, or campaign provider
- We want to honor the innovators willing to create products, services, or offerings with demonstrated efforts in collaboration with their women customers; and recognize the feedback and put it back to change/improve or transform their offerings based on what women want.
- Open to all organisations or individuals, innovators, and providers, who can demonstrate that they went to ask girls and women and heard their feedback, and incorporated it in their offerings, designs, products, solutions, or services.
- This award will require you to share the journey of feedback-improvement and demonstrate the changes made by you after listening to women.
- It is a special recognition to encourage innovators and providers to collaborate with their audience to cater to their needs, understand the end-user better, and show their willingness to adapt.
- Open to educational institutions, private and public companies, and civic bodies for their project launched in the year 2024.

Awards Timelines

Nomination Submission Guidelines

* The deadline of submission is midnight of ~~31st October 2024~~ extended to November 12, 2024. All timelines in IST.

* Please submit the completed nomination form and all relevant attachments listed below through the online form only.

* If you have all pre-requisite data, as required in the form, it will take you less than 10 minutes to fill out the form.

* Please note that the file attachments must be less than 3 MB in size. In case you are sending larger files, please add a link (Google Drive/wetransfer link) in the comments section.

Nomination Charges

* Nomination Entry Charges: INR5,000/- + taxes per nomination.

*Nomination fee does not include the Conference pass. It is mandatory to register for the conference separately to attend the Awards.

Special Offer for NGO's & Not-For-Profits.

Pay INR3,000 + GST for your nominations. Please select Nomination Entry Charges for NGO in the Nomination Charges section.

Criteria

* The nominations are judged by an independent jury made up of leaders in women’s health.
* The jury will select one winner in each category. The winner will be informed of their status by November 30, 2024.
* The awards will be presented during the 3rd Global Women’s Health Innovation Conference & Awards 2024 to be held on 11 December 2024 at VMCC, IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India.
* Please let us know the details of the person who will be accepting the award on stage at the Awards Ceremony.
