Dr. Uma Nambiar is a trained neurosurgeon and a well experienced hospital administrator with  considerable understanding of the Indian, African and Sri Lankan Healthcare systems.  

She specializes in plan/ design, review and commissioning of new hospitals, business process re-engineering, audits across the hospital ecosystem, process standardization & quality in the healthcare system as well as use of information technology in Healthcare.  

A passionate believer of Technology & Digital Transformation in the Healthcare ecosystem, winner  of numerous awards, actively involved in promotion of Digital Health, she is also an avid traveller,  painter and a keen photographer.  

She has mentored many students who are successful leaders in the Healthcare Industry today.
