Swathi Kulkarni is the Co-Founder and CEO of Elda Health, a full-stack platform enabling women to understand their health issues, identify precautionary measures, gain access to meaningful diagnoses, and above all prioritize their own health.

Over the course of her career spanning more than 18 years, Swathi has built several businesses such as Nua and Inksedge from scratch and also played strategic roles in companies such as Intel, Komli, etc. She is passionate about building start-ups and scaling them by using cutting-edge tech and consumer insights. She is adept at identifying challenge areas and deploying structured approaches to handle the chaos.
